Terms

Please book an event when your group is completely definite and not in proposal stage.

We take reservations up to one year in advance.

In selected cities we have a minimum number to book a specific event or date. 

We are not a ‘private dinner theater’ and do not bill ourselves at such.  Your group may be accompanied by another group or two.  We welcome you to call throughout the year to see if there is another group with your party.  For larger groups we do keep the events private.

It is always recommended to have a 1st and 2nd choice for events in the case an event is already booked when making a reservation.

A signed contract is due to confirm event immediately upon receipt.

50% deposit is due 8 weeks prior to event.

Balance and final count is due in our office one week prior to the event.  We do not accept payments at functions.  All monies received in our office are final and we do not offer refunds.
